The staff were friendly and chilled. the dorms had kitchens, fridges, and utensils for cooking. Ensuite bathrooms, radios, tables, chairs, and working heaters were provided. Lockers, padlocks, and keys were given automatically. the location was great, close to the city center. the rooms were clean and well-equipped with kitchen amenities. the hostel had a nice ambience and provided a heater during cold weather. There were plenty of eating and drinking options nearby. the hostel had off-street bicycle storage and the mixed dorms were comfortable. They also provided free towels and linen.

I had to book something very quickly to catch a flight the next day. Comfortable, large 4 bed rooms with small shower/toilet, kitchenette, all nicely done, comfy bunk beds and clean. Wifi and security doors, friendlily staff. Great locaiton, liked the area.

Only compaint were the limited times of reception. I had a flight and reception was due to open at 10am (too late in my opinion...), and it was not, after 10.05 i gave someone else who was waiting my key and had to run for shuttle bus to airport.

The value for money at this hotel was great, I got a comfortable and clean room with a small kitchenette. The location was convenient, close to many sites and the metro station. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

I had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hostel in Toulouse. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and provided me with all the necessary information. I really enjoyed the independent check-in system with codes and keys provided. The hostel also offered a simple and inexpensive breakfast option. I would highly recommend this hostel for its convenience and value.

As foreign tourists, we absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the receptionist was sweet and even gave us a chocolate treat upon check-in. the hostel had a lovely atmosphere and we felt at home right away. the extra services provided, such as being able to store our luggage after check-out and use the common area to wait for our bus, were a great convenience. the presence of free padlocks and lockers in the rooms ensured that we didn't have to worry about the safety of our belongings. the bathroom inside the room was a nice touch, as was the kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare our own meals.

A very convenient venue for the centre of town in the St Sernin area. Shared a dormitory of four bunk beds with small kitchenette and bathroom, all clean, bed linen included. Good security (individual lockers) and communal sitting room included use of computer and wifi.

A couple of the admin areas looked a bit chaotic/untidy (route to the 4th floor sitting room and office) but the place was organised and it did not detract - this was good value in the centre of the city.
